Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIMES: 

Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days however please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
No dispatch on weekends and public holidays. 

US DOMESTIC ORDERS:

US Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
Delivery times vary for each option, estimated time frames are listed below:
USPS Priority Mail Express (1 - 2 Business Days) depending on location. 
USPS Priority Mail (2 - 4 Business Days) depending on location. 
However this is not a guaranteed service. In some cases it may take up to 5 - 7 business days for USPS to deliver your order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

USPS at their discretion may choose to leave the package at the door, we cannot take any responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has a confirmed delivery scan.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned back to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redeliver cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.   

UK ORDERS:

Orders are sent via Royal Mail.

United Kingdom orders are sent via Royal Mail delivery times vary for each option, estimated time frames are listed below:

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Business Day)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature (1 - 2 Business Day)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature (2 - 3 Business Days)

However this is not a guaranteed service. In some cases it may take up to 10 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your order, in the event it has been 10 working days since your order was dispatched and it hasn't arrived contact us at info@manticorenutra.com

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked usually delivered in 3 - 5 working days for Europe and 5 - 7 working days for the rest of the world, however this is not a guaranteed service. In some cases it may take up to 20 working days to deliver your order, in the event it has been 20 working days since your order was dispatched and it hasn't arrived contact us at info@manticorenutra.com

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Box addresses including military.
If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.

CUSTOMS:

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United Kingdom. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy.

If the order is rejected by the customer due to refusal of payment relating to any customs fees and or duty charges upon delivery, you will only be refunded the cost of the order minus any shipping costs and any incurred charges during transit back to us, if the order is not returned back to us when rejected by the customer NO refund will be issued.

In some cases this can mean a forfeit of any refund as return shipping costs and associated charges can equal more than the amount paid for the goods ordered, we highly recommend you look into any additional costs before placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for these charges, it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of their own countries rules and regulations regarding imports from the United Kingdom.
